Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and XYZ AI Inc. ("XYZ AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Peptidex websites, apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services.
4. Research and Educational Use Only (No Medical Advice)
Peptidex is provided strictly for research, informational, and educational use only.
- Peptidex does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical recommendations.
- No doctor-patient, clinician-patient, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Services.
- Do not rely on the Services for medical emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on content from the Services.
5. Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
6. Community Reviews and User Content
You may submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of User Content, but grant XYZ AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, moderate, and use User Content to operate and improve the Services.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, dangerous, or infringing.
We may remove, limit, or moderate User Content at our discretion for safety, legal, or policy reasons.
7. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You may not:
- use the Services for illegal activity or to violate applicable law;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Services;
- circumvent safety features, moderation, access controls, or subscription gates;
- upload malware or harmful code; or
- use the Services to generate or distribute harmful, unsafe, or fraudulent instructions.
8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Purchases
Paid features may be offered by subscription and billed through third-party platforms (for example, Apple App Store). Billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are generally handled by the platform where you purchased.
We may change pricing, plans, or features at any time to the extent allowed by applicable law and platform rules.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or interoperate with third-party services (for example, Apple Sign In, payment processors, hosting/infrastructure providers, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms/privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
10. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, branding, text, graphics, and design elements (excluding User Content), are owned by XYZ AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XYZ AI INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XYZ AI Inc. and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, pose a safety/legal risk, or misuse the Services.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and post the revised Terms.
